James Cleveland

Licensed Architect, General Contractor & Broker
James is the point of contact for design & construction management projects, and oversees a boutique five-person real estate development team actively managing & maintaining an ~$17MM high cap, multi-tenant investment portfolio.
This team provides exceptional resident support, and on-demand client response, while aggressively raising net rental income to meet & exceed industry standard.

James received a Bachelors of Architecture from the University of Southern California in 2001, and graduated Tau Sigma Delta with a Master of Building Sciences in 2007.
